本来订的hellokitty主题，办理入住的时候突然说这个房间住不了，因为洗手间坏了。无奈换了个别的主题，结果路过hello kitty时里面明明就是有人嬉笑的声音。真是呵呵了，随意变更房间，那我提前在网上订又有什么意义？更无语的是早上起来房间地上竟然多了个气球，搞了半天是从床底下飘出来了，往床底一看，还有用过的餐巾纸，客房打扫得真够“干净”??。本来200多一晚也不指望是多好的体验，想不到连表面的清扫工作都不愿意稍微做一下。不过服务人员态度倒还好，走廊电梯见面都会打招呼。就是客房卫生实在不敢恭维。

真的来了很多次了，每次都没的说，很棒！服务还是一样的好，房间卫生也特别棒。 晚上需要一些东西都是前台美女送上来的，很贴心。
