预约交了担保金242定的是商务套间1.8大床的到店在支付242房费即可，结果到店告诉我预约的是家庭套房两张1.5米小床连窗户都没有的房间，让我加60房费差价换了一间网上订的最便宜的特惠大床房另外还要交押金200，酒店的服务和卫生还过得去，预定太让人失望！
