头一天入住要求调了房间，因调的房没什么区别，便想再说下。到前台看给我办入住的服务员在忙，我就先出去了。下午在外面的时候，打电话到前台找先前办入住的服务员，跟接电话的另一个服务员简单说了下，便还是要求先前的接下电话，说她在忙，我说你告诉她我在线等，结果我拿着电话在线等了10分钟！我不相信前台的座机在这种拿起状态10分钟之久无人看到。只能是想找的那个服务员故意不接！

在本酒店住了4晚，分三次下的订单，才有点评的机会。第一次入住被要求好评，很不爽，我想这绝不是个例。难道酒店的好评都是这样来的？客人的评价本来应该是其他人选择酒店的参考，酒店的点评也应该是入住客人的真实感受。感觉这样来要好评的行为是恶劣的。
