每次到武汉必住酒店，虽然比较陈旧，但是性价比最高，我们带孩子主要看酒店交通，床上用品是否干净，早餐好不好吃，环境安静，这几点都符合。

前台真的要加强培训：
1.先说没收到订单，请她确认下，拿起电话打给预订部就直呼客人姓名？！
2.说还没收到订单，催了一下，说第三方平台预订慢怎么怎么，请问现在除了第三方平台，还有多少人去你酒店直接点房？
