全国住过这么多五星级以上酒店，这家是最令人失望生气的！
1.费用很积极，相比其他五星级酒店贵多了；
2.规定很积极，死规定，故意为难客人；
3.服务和卫生完全跟不上，如图，门把手上都是灰尘，冲凉房还挂着上位客人留下的头发。
说说令人生气的地方：前台对入住办理，十分不变通，令人很生气，别说什么要求，人家大北京都没这个要求，感觉就是故意为难客人，不是现在客人的角度去理解思考。
打印收费积极，可是设备却跟不上，连PDF都不能打开。
总之，这家酒店把收费，把酒店规矩放到最高位，忽视了服务卫生，喜欢跟客人谈规矩，为难计较客人。
