前台服务不算顺利，房子说是升级了，也很差，光线昏暗，地板铺了地毯下面会深一脚浅一脚小孩老人容易摔跤这很奇怪，地漏不知在哪严重堵塞水漫金山，一塌糊涂。第二天才来修，客房服务态度还可以，前台最后送了早餐，但这种设施太差了，晚上2楼餐厅吵死人，除了地理位置好点，大堂小而有点设计外，住的设施确实需要整修！

酒店整体还不错，就是房型不好，而且海在最里面偏僻的角落里，去的时候那里二楼还在装修，整体风格还可以，床挺舒服的，有浴缸，有自助早餐，吃的挺多的，酒店位置挺好的，出去就是武汉江滩，晚上可以游览长江夜景！
