酒店噪音特别大还不让退，死活不承认有噪音，说找经理，酒店一句下班了，连电话都不打！垃圾酒店，大家一定注意！和艺龙投诉也没有用

住的家庭房，床一般，设施也够用了，清扫不是很到位，打扫卫生后桌上还有痕迹，临湖这边风景虽然不错但晚间确实吵，KTV，车流声，会持续到比较晚，楼下一排小吃店，味道过得去，交通也还算方便，离最近的地铁口两三公里吧，前台不错，人都挺好的。
