连住两天，第二天中午保洁拿卡打不开门，就一直敲门，说要进来打扫，我说不用了谢谢。保洁阿姨还在敲，非要进来打扫，不让人睡觉，最后我来了一句汉骂，她们才听得懂人话。

在参扆完退房时退回多交的款时被前台告知刷卡资金不能退，只能留在酒店下次消费，要找经理时另一个服务员说是经理教他们这样做的。虽然后来找到业务部的人来协调后答应退回我刷卡帐号，但前台人员这种做法已破坏了酒店信誉，武展酒店作为武汉国际会展的指定接待酒店，展现了武汉城市形象，是对外经济交流沟通窗口，希望店方管理层上市公司汉商集团严肃处理，这不是单一事件，估计她们这一小摄人做了不少这种缺德事，要把破坏酒店形象的非法者处理掉。

总体来说还是不错的，就是服务不是太热情，因为是有好多年了，房间设施显得有点老旧，但是房间布局卫生间还是蛮宽敞的！早餐样式太少，主要就是地理位置特别好，出门方便！下次应该还是会入住的！
