想不到吧:晚上10点洗着洗着没热水了，打电话说5分钟过来修，1:30也没来，第二天早上又来热水了，服务员硬说是管道堵了，这是堵了吗？明明是热水停了，服务员还强词夺理，餐饮难吃，相当难吃，如果没得选那你就住吧

酒店真的非常不错，离乌海湖景区也很近，周边卖小吃也很多，出门交通方便。原本只住一天就走，后来觉得真的挺不错，又续住了一天，下次来乌海还住这里。

热水器最多用两分钟，内部电话也只是摆设，和总台联系还得用自己手机，早餐更是差的一塌糊涂！
