房间设施高档，空间很大，床和枕头都很舒适，目前酒店门口正在修地铁站，显得有点乱，酒店有早餐是客人住满了就在餐厅用餐，住不满就由服务员送餐到房间，送餐到房间可选的品种就很有限了，住了四天，第一天上餐厅用完早餐后，服务员当晚电话通知确认第二天是送餐，当本人认为送餐可选品种较少，跟服务员说能不能在武汉早餐里加份粥时，服务员说不可以，并告知酒店是以送餐为主的，本人以为后面都会是送餐的了，结果第三天早上等到九点了，也没见送餐的，打电话前台才说又改到餐厅用餐了，服务还是有差距的。
