服务态度都相当好，地理位置其实不错，在当地黄陂区政府对面步行约五分钟的路程，只是周边交通比较乱，车辆在路上乱停，地下车库是和黄陂广场停车库共用的，因此住客停车有时会没车位。

晚上开夜床时赠送了光明酸奶，很贴心的举动，一下子拉近了酒店与住客的距离；网上订房时只有单人早餐的选项，入住时询问了前台为何两人入住没有双人早餐，小伙子即帮忙申请赠送了一份早餐，值得点赞。

黄陂区应该属于武汉市比较郊区的地方，不过纵横大饭店位于黄陂区几乎是最中心的所在，对面是区政府，西侧步行五分钟就是一片极大的mall ，用餐、娱乐、休闲、亲子都有，基本可以满足日常所需了。
