10月5日带着老人孩子，一次订了两间，因房间不够“被”升级一间，考虑照顾老人而且小孩晚上会找奶奶，故要求两间靠在一起，最后没告之我直接两间两个楼层，还说就这两间了；晚十点多到的酒店，停车没人管，要自己去找；前台小姑娘全程拉个长脸，没一丝表情。
酒店设施陈旧，地毯、洗手间地面脏的看着就别扭。
