服务人员训练有素，保持了一贯的高水准，这一点很赞。设备确实偏老旧了，隔音效果(特别是门)不是太好，五一节假日，楼道里很吵; 隔壁房间，开关门的声音，简直像“地雷”。面向长江的行政房，长久不通风形成的“味道”比较重，以前订过的皇冠山景房，貌似没有这么严重。地理位置和餐饮比较方便，对商务出差来说，还能接受。

完全没想到这么好，看网上评分并不是太高，而评分最高的一家，点评说生意太好人太多，所以冲着皇冠假日的牌子选了这家。美中不足是房间窗户做死了不能打开，其他硬件都中规中矩，服务很好，餐那是真好，餐点新鲜，西点不错，特别是茶，正宗的黄色毛峰，太平猴魁自助早餐晚餐上都有，赞!
