水壶坏了，没法烧水，跟前台反映，前台表示只有等师傅来了才能换，她没法换，问她什么时候会来换水壶，她说八点，我等到八点10分，她又说到九点才行，前台就她一个人，走了就没人了，我真是无语了，这是有星级服务么？垃圾！
