因为之前入，体验不错才会有此次入住。很失望，三天时间插曲不断，问题体现在客房服务几方面：
1定的豪华双床房，布草是经济双床房，比如拖鞋，梳子……
2一家三口入住，只给一份洗浴用品，提出交涉后，第二天依旧，甚至缺斤短两，比如护发素，润肤露
3入住三天，包括之前入住的五天，清扫房间从来不做床，卫生清扫也不彻底，地毯上留有毛发
4客房部对客人反映的问题反馈迟缓，甚至无反应，有时不得不打前台或自己找服务员交涉
5客房服务员素质堪忧，待人冷漠，遇到一味推诿，最后一天早九点甚至不敲门就刷卡进房，之后还没有任何表示。
总之很失望！人生若只如初见，回忆就不会变质。希望酒店提高员工质素，对得起客人的信任，对的起酒店五星商务的承诺。
