1.环境和服务总体不错。2.房间太小，儿童浴桶内部没有清洁彻底，有儿童专用拖鞋。3.一楼有儿童游乐设施，但未开暖气，有点冷。4.早点比较丰富。停车方便。

首先说卫生，桌子上面全是灰尘，没有打扫干净，其次是设施，高档酒店没有晾衣绳，空调不起作用，好热，房间面积也不大。
