去芜湖带儿子玩方特，下午五点入住的。进大门的时候大包小包箱子一大堆，无人理睬，到前台，只有一个服务员办理入住，态度比较冷淡，最无法容忍的是晚上九点回来准备给儿子洗澡睡觉的时候发现水里全是泥巴，混浊不堪，打电话询问，回答要等二十分钟，另外，冷水烧开了喝也有味道，电话投诉，送了四瓶矿泉水，没办法，住过的最差的五星级酒店。总之很失望。
