酒店不怎么人性化，早餐品种很少，口味也不咋滴，说是一个房间两个人游泳名额，结婚泳池只允许一个人，还必须要压房卡，不能改成游泳券吗？另外楼层服务员做事反应太慢，房卡压泳池了，要求给个取电卡，至少半小时都拿不来的，你这样的服务还怎么能号称星级服务的啊？真太low了
