原本开心下单，下午12点后就可入住，可是前台把我已付款的房间卖了钟点房，冷漠的要我在大厅等待客人走后才可入住，这一等一个多小时过去了……，经和工作人员讲道理、讲行规，最后虽然调换了一间客房，但心里不舒服……，是不是服务需要改进的地方？
