一个号称地方国宾馆的酒店，居然会在夜里2点到5店期间施工，在至总台投诉数次后，没有任何回复。我想这不是服务业该有的状态？我希望其他的旅友在选择住宿时，有所保留，我本人会一直投诉，到有满意的结果。
