停车要收费、说好的水果只送一个房间，另外一个房间没有、服务态度也不怎么样，性价比差、房间里到处都是掉的毛，好恶心，这么贵的价格卫生真的太差劲！

酒店位置优越，离火车站和万达广场非常近，去市中心也只需要十分钟车程，非常方便，酒店设施齐全，硬件符合五星标准，给人高大上的感觉，在芜湖可以算最好的酒店，前台接待服务热情，态度良好，办理入住和退房都十分迅速专业，并且能够及时的解决客人的问题，早餐品种多，味道不错，房间也很宽敞干净，是来芜湖的首选酒店！
