新天地这个价位来讲还是性价比很高的，装潢确实已经有点老旧了，也快到要重新装潢的时候了，不过床睡的还是很舒服的。

交通便利，门口餐饮方便。停车场在酒店楼后，非常便利，而且宽敞，管理正规。早餐不很方便，餐厅在酒店外的隔壁。酒店只给10元的早餐费，超出部分需要单独付费买卡，且种类少。服务和房间环境还可以，酒店位置不错。
