我要投诉两个问题，1.前台服务态度差劲。2.10楼客服查房拖拖拉拉。
5月14号，早上。前台值班的那个齐刘海的女的服务态度有点差劲了。我是真的赶时间，希望可以快一点查房，我温和的表达了我的诉求后，她就冷冷的噎了我一句，说：“早走你就早下来。”我当时心情就很不爽了，我觉得如果她此时温和的说一句，好的，我们尽快。我都觉得会好很多。身处服务行业，该有的态度都没有么？！而且查房的人也确实存在拖拖拉拉的情况！我清楚的听到，前台报了查房后，我等了两三分钟没动静，要求前台再催一下，前台慢腾腾的又报了一遍查房，10楼客服此时才去查房的！总之，希望千禧酒店责令改正，给顾客更好的入住体验。
