酒店问题挺多：1:早餐时间从八点开始，这是我出差以来第一次遇到，出去办事没吃上早餐。2:房间内没有服务指南，不知道WiFi 密码，总台和房务中心电话均没人接听。看看早餐的稀饭，为什么不放到锅里呢，喝着凉了。

新酒店没什么人气，服务态度还不错，房间设施简单，早餐没什么东西，最差的是水龙头的水，放了半小时还是黄色的，太吓人了，不考虑下次再来了。

这个天，下着雨，空调不能开热风！！！！！是不是要冻死我！！！！！前一个前台告诉我说她去问问，然后就下班走人了！！！！！没有暖风，我就问冬天怎么住！！！！！打客房服务电话没人接！！！！！

虽然此酒店是在努力要做好，但明显很多基本服务意识不足：
1.房间内竟然连一把椅子都没有，理由是都被婚宴占用了。
2.早餐时间随意更改，入住第一天是7:30～8:30，就够早了吧，第二天，竟然改为7:00～8:00，理由是有个别客户需要早点吃饭，那为何结束时间也要提前呢？奇葩
3.早餐面积共有8张4人桌，而就餐人数很多，大部分都在等待，而旁边空闲很多午餐晚餐的单间却不能用。
酒店管理应该向是国际标准化努力学习，靠拢，不能凭长官意志来管理啊。
4.其他方面就不说了，祝将来服务能有提高。
