2016.10.23 晚十一点 于携程预订华尔云艺术酒店在前台办理入住 因往常觉得环境及服务都不错 经常住在这家酒店 在与当时值班的前台人员的沟通过程当中 因交付押金的问题 与前台人员发生争执 本人已交付200元可前台人员非说我没有交押金 态度极其恶劣 最终我提出查看监控解决了问题 确实是前台人员已经拿走了押金200元 从事件发生到结束 本人都没有得到合理的解决方式及诚恳的认错 赔礼道歉 前台人员始终都是一副咄咄逼人的态度和口气！特此差评，以儆效尤！

卫生挺好、房间小了点儿、不过看上去挺温馨的、浴室刚好只能站一个人、打电话问前台有没有单间了、结果前台说没有、最后在网上下单订的单间就有了、诚信问题吖、早餐要的面包结果送的包子、😱😱老公表示不满意、
