酒店设施极差，入住的房间wifi 是坏的，放了半小时的水，都没有热水，经服务员修理半小时，依然没热水，没wifi ，我们提出换房间，又折腾半小时才同意，新房间水温依旧不热，房间一股霉味，地毯沙发脏渍明显！早餐品种多，但是多一半都是冰凉的，西瓜是坏的，豆沙卷是馊的，连快捷酒店都不如，更没有什么服务可言，极差，北疆行最差的酒店！！！！！

住宿很舒适，还赠了水果，很满意。距离大巴扎只有步行10分钟距离.算是相当方便，早餐丰富就餐环境优美安静。旁边海尔巴格饭店更是风格独特，美食很多。

早餐很好，品种丰富。新装修的，卫生也不错。前台维族姑娘很漂亮哦！就是不知变通，我一家三口定了一个标间，开始不同意我们这样住。说了好久才同意。旁边的海尔巴格的餐也很不错。总之，比较满意。
