酒店地理位置比较好，带孩子出来购物离万达商业圈很近。我们定的是亲子房酒店前台叫欧阳的美女帮我们免费升级了亲子套房，真的很棒，房间大2两个孩子住的很开心，酒店服务好。

我们一家和朋友一家带孩子来这里滑雪玩，特意在网上选了有亲子房的伊力特酒店，还真的挺好的，服务做的很到位，尤其是前台的贺经理很热情。还特意给孩子准备有饼干，算是很周到了。房子里空间很大，孩子有活动的地方，点赞！

位置好，住这很方便，住了很多次了，房间卫生干净，整洁，早餐也好很丰富。前台贺经理很热情迎候，还送来舒适的枕头，楼层服务员也非常热情，房间还送来小饼干和酸奶。酒店的每位员工的服务态度都非常好，下次来乌鲁木齐还是要选择这家酒店。早餐非常好吃，早餐厅服务周到。

酒店各方面都尽力做到最好。房间虽然不是最新装修，但是都干净整洁，唯一的小问题就是淋浴间花洒的出水量略小。服务真心不错，每位员工脸上都洋溢着笑容，并且积极主动沟通，尽力满足客人需求。入住后会打电话来确认是否有其他个性化需求，并主动询问客房备品有没有什么需要更换，网络连接是否顺畅。就冲这一点，很多酒店都做不到。所以，伊力特酒店会是在乌鲁木齐的首选。

伊力特酒店非常不错，每次出差的首选，前台的小马和小贺的服务态度非常好，人非常热情，15楼服务员大姐程银贤服务态度也特别好，房间打扫清洁的十分干净，住这里可以让你感受到家的温馨，下次还会选择住这里，推荐给大家
