这次艺龙很让人寒心，我一直相信艺龙，没想过会出现什么问题，结果今天在艺龙订了两个房间，展示页面只显示促销，免费取消，到店支付。结果我订了两间。去了交了钱，因一个房间打不开，服务员才提醒我是钟点房！钱也退不了，自己只能另掏钱买了两房间。找艺龙，让发确认短信截图，结果发了说不对，要订单详情。这下打开一看，钟点房了！让我提供原订的大床房一晚证据。相信艺龙谁会想到时时截图？你把订时展示页面撤了，我哪去找证据？短信确认又不认账，订单详情如今钟点房写的时间段是8:00到20:00，请问入住25离店26，推迟入店到23:00，不含早如何解释？不矛盾吗？

这次艺龙很让人寒心。预订时只见大床房促销，我订了两间，回的短信也是确认大床房一晚，结果到了酒店钱都交了，因打不开房间，服务员才告诉我是钟点房！钱也退不了，只能浪费，自己又再交钱重新要了两个房间。找艺龙，让把订单确认截图重新发个过去，发过去又说不行，要订单详情内容，结果再打开进去一下：变钟点房了！当初订时相信艺龙，谁会想着截图？他们的展示页面钟点房几个字谁又会看不见？过了一撤，消费者如何保存证据？改写成的钟点是8:00到20:00。我又笑了：订单上还有25号入住，26号离店，最晚到店23:00，不含早。请问如何解释？
