和朋友一起去玩的，朋友定好的酒店，我们也一起去的，但是去酒店以后，问前台收银，能不能看房间，前台说不可以，可能也是太晚了，晚上十二点了，给前台说了我们要的指定房间，工作人员给我说这都是随机的，不能确定就是这一间，我问她如果不是能不能换房，他还是说不可以，我自己本事也是做酒店管理的，所以贵酒店的服务有待提高
