预订的房间，不能及时安排入住。9.18日第一次入住酒店说：客人没有退房。第二次9.25日入住，酒店值班经理说：房间涨价了。多次和酒店说明，做生意要讲诚信，安预订的价格收费。而且二次日入住不同的房间。都遇到卫生间下水道堵塞。老师傅修理认真。

第一次入住贵酒店，感觉还是很好的。交通便利，地理位置优越，旁边是长途客运站，离火车站也很近，酒店房间也挺宽敞的，卫生舒适，价位还很实惠。

住的还行 房间设备比我想的好多了 就前台接待服务太差 没礼貌 一看就是没有经过专业知识的培训 这也是酒店该有的服务？ 真不知道你们是怎样通过酒店星级标准的............

提前半个月订的房间，酒店当天就确认了订单，到时间之后去住却告诉我房子已经被租出去了，自己与携程之间沟通出问题还要我去和携程发电话问，订房的时候房间信息上写的24小时热水，大床房，卫生间，窗户什么都有，去了之后前台说什么都没有就一张床…总之，差到没边…
