酒店位于六道湾高架桥附近，旁边有公交车站点，交通还是很便利的。酒店分A、B两座住房部，客房门锁属于旧式插卡开锁方式而不是刷卡方式（打开房门时，房卡磁条朝上），房门也是那种稍旧式的木门，房间内部陈设比较陈旧，冬天暖气不是很热，所以房间有点冷，空调没有遥控器想升温都不行，客房地坛边缘有灰尘，有闲置的一两块木板不知道是干什么的。床稍微有点硬，对于喜欢硬床的来说还是不错的，酒店有自己的餐厅和河鲜海鲜之类的，订的房间含早餐的话，是可以在早晨9点到10吃到早餐（不知道是汉餐还是清餐）。整体上来说这个价格和房间还是勉强可以接受的，由于酒店是面对高架桥的，客房面对高架桥可能睡眠较轻的旅客有所影响。总体上来说还是阔以的。
