在携程网订的普通大床房，由于飞机晚点，下午6点还专门打电话给酒店确认了一下，谁知晚上22点到时，告之没有定大床房，留的是标间，九点人说是携程说的，当时那个气呀，争执了一会，酒店说要不你自己找携程去，唉……已经快23点了，太晚了，也就妥协了，但是心里很不舒服，希望携程给个合理解释？
