我是一个边旅游，边工作的商务类型客人，入住该酒店两天，现做客观评价如下：这是一个比较老的酒店，乌鲁木齐当地人都非常熟悉（尤其是在该酒店的天上人间KTV).看得出，酒店为提升自己的档次（或为评更高星级），花了功夫在装修酒店大堂和房间。酒店的装潢有了四星级酒店的感觉了，酒店员工也比较热情（特别是我入住的第一间的宽带面板坏了，给我换了房间后，又出现保险箱电池用完，台灯不亮的情况下）。
在管理经营理念上的不足使该酒店远达不到四星级的标准（更不要说自称的准五星了）。譬如，房间24小时根本没有足够热的热水（说温水都有点勉强，打电话问后被告知是由于天然气加热转换比较慢-一个不存在的理由。还有房费包括早餐（我们订房的时候是捆绑式的，不包括还不行），可是早餐的质量实在不敢恭维，有面包，却不提供黄油和果酱，果汁和咖啡的质量比较差。
