提前一周定两个标间，预付，结果当晚到店给了两个单间，由于到酒店凌晨两点多了，三个大人带着一个一岁多的宝贝，前台打电话给经理，经理居然说没房间他也没有办法，我们看前台小妹态度还可以，很无辜的感觉，但是经理答复醉人，一行人从外地大老远过来，行程非常满，到酒店太晚也无力追究，只好两个大人和小孩睡一个单间，想想经理的答复实在让人觉得太不负责任，我们不仅提前订房而且交了房费，这么大的酒店，经理的服务意识竟如此之差，让人不敢恭维！
