该酒店地理位置偏僻，设备陈旧，服务态度较差。酒店锅炉修理以至于一天都无法提供热水，大堂卫生间没有卫生纸，气味难闻，总之所有一切与其标注的价格相差甚远。

大堂那是相当大，房间也大，缺点是没有早餐，当晚的空调不制冷。其实新疆的夜晚是挺凉快的，如果开窗的话，比空调舒服，但第一次来新疆，担心治安的原因，没敢开窗，晚上热得有点受罪

该酒店主要客源是俄罗斯等外籍商务人士。大堂气派，房间宽敞。服务态度也好，离火车站和大巴扎比较近。打的去地窝机场费用25元。方便。
