虽然对华美紫轩一直以来赞赏有加，昨天早晨发生的事在我心里藏着一种遗憾，早4点多一个醉汉满走廊大喊大叫把我吵醒再也没睡着，您知道我到新疆倒时差很费劲儿，刚刚差不多这一搅闹前功尽弃又回到大半夜瞪着眼睛数羊的境地，真的害人不浅啊。

29号那天夜里过来住宿，发觉前台服务态度变化很大，基本与内地高档酒店态度及服务无大差异，本以为就是当天值班的那个人比较有素质，几天接触下来几个前台小姐都是这样可人，再次点赞！

已经有2年没有来乌鲁木齐住华美紫轩酒店了，还是印象不错，早餐比之前强了一点点，故意赞一下前台服务态度大有改观，非常好！

作为八钢片区的一个“高档”酒店，有些服务需要提升：装修旧了不怕，但必须确保干净整洁好用，设备设施完善。我入住的房间固定电话坏了、洗浴拖鞋坏了成了摆设，前台竟然说“用你自己的手机打外线”，热水水压低不好调控，忽冷忽热，春节期间餐厅放假没有早餐，但没有提前告知，而且网上也标注“含双早”。整体服务意识有待提高！
