原老的华凌酒店，位置不好找，打车也不方便。周围是市场，没什么吃饭的地方。酒店好多旅游团，前台乱糟糟一堆人，办理手续都比较慢。设施真的一般，后来住伊犁大饭店，觉得各方面条件都更好一些。早餐还不错。另外有一天免费升级了套房。

大家不要选择这家酒店！！乌鲁木齐五星级酒店到处都是，没必要选择这家，服务和解决事情的能力太差，态度生硬！我一共住了三天，本来艺龙预定两天，由于行程变化后来延续住一天，价格一样的都是538，没太注意续住的这一天有没有含早餐，在续住办理时候前台都没有告知和提醒，刷了房卡就上楼了（这家为五星级的酒店前台大都实习生没有什么经验，续住时候等了很久）。今天早上到餐厅用餐，才被告知房间不含早了。找到前台负责人也才告知不含早，当问到为何续住时候不告知一下以方便我能改订单时候，却回答当时不是她上班，没办法处理，当询问找其经理时候，回答经理在开会没时间，此时作为一家五星级酒店的服务态度和处理事情的方法以足以激起客人发火了，一般我们同样的价格续住同样的房间，若是价格或者服务内容有变化，应该第一时间告知客人，对于一个五星级酒店这点服务都做不到？？五星级酒店到处都是，大家没必要选择这样服务死板没有人性化的酒店！！酒店房间进门通道狭窄，隔音也很差，没人接送的话交通很不便利。若是住了，可能会因为一点意想不到的事情他们的处理方法和语气让你一整天不舒服，选择五星级酒店，我们要的就是服务，何不选择更好的呢。

非常好的酒店！酒店设计很有少数民族的风味，性价比很高，房内设施也很不错！下次来新疆会再入住?

ACCOR should be ashamed of such service in its flag Mercure chain hotel.
Check-in procedure lasted 15 minutes. After I expressed my discomfort the clerk with no appologises coldly said: will send fruits to your room..... well.....
Unconvenient bathroom with water leaking from shower on the floor....
Late in the night - no warm water.... No information why and what to do.....
Bed was surrounded by a 30cm woodem platform and I tried to guess what for.... After I hit my leg at that platform I stopped to think at all...
Usually I admire breakfasts in ACCOR / Mercure hotels. Here were just some leftovers on the plates, I had to search for milk to my coffee around all restaurant. Food of moderate taste....
Next time will definately avoid this hotel and suggest to every reader the same!!!!
