作为世界知名的五星酒店，服务实在是差到绝对再也不想来，酒店门童看你拿着行李就跟没有看见一样，过了两点办不了入住，是因为之前的客人退房太晚房间没有打扫出来，然后我们硬生生等到三点半才办入住，这是什么鬼理由，作为五星酒店五星的服务和五星的工作效率呢？

离机场远，离市区也有距离，新区周边无配套，酒店设施还算齐全，前台客服经理服务很好，房间很宽敞，还是满意。

硬件设施还不错，自助餐也挺优惠。就是前台客服不好，不会微笑，不会主动和客人打招呼，站在前台无人理会~

硬件设施还不错，就是服务实在看不出来是希尔顿啊。前台没有一个人是会笑的，客人走上前去，也不会抬头微笑，要客人主动问：能否办理入住？才会抬头。退房也是这样。总觉得是客人欠前台客服钱了似的。一直看到酒店到处都在拍视频宣传自己，再宣传，服务做不到，也是枉然~
