老牌的五星级酒店衰落的不像样子了，房间设施陈旧，前台和餐饮的服务态度很差，二楼咖啡厅的工作人员居然只顾着大声聊天，连客人点餐都要等他们聊完。不知道这个酒店的管理是怎么做的，也只能占到一点位置还不错的便利了。
另外，明显感觉到年纪大一些的员工态度非常差，年轻一些的反而敬业一些。让人感觉这里像是国企的管理。
特别指出，卫生很可怕，大家只要把他们洗好的毛巾放到水池里就知道了，全是肥皂泡，看起来是很干净的，结果这样的毛巾多伤皮肤大家可以去试试。
