订的是无烟房，要求如果不是无烟房就做好无烟处理，结果一打开房门，烟味逼人，服务员说打开窗户透透气就好了，不知道被子上和沙发上的烟味需要多久才能“透气”透出来，酒店家具比较旧，尤其是沙发脏乎乎的，看着就不想坐。卫生也不打扫，直到下午到总台要求去打扫的时候才打扫，和五星级的级别相差太远。
