通过微信平台订票，晚上去了酒店前台，前台一工作人员说是查不到我单号，说他们没开微信的平台，一个劲的叨叨让我怎么订的怎么退，还说了一大堆废话，搞的跟我自己付了钱，还来他们酒店骗住的一样，最后还是大堂经理想尽办法在他们系统找到了我的单号，经理还是很负责的，至于这前台，真不是一般差劲，光知道**，不想办法解决问题！！！！！！冲这前台服务，不会又第二次了！！
