酒店服务人性化，特别温馨，真正体验到了“宾至如归”楼层服务员特别的棒，帮我把袜子都冼了，还提供免费擦鞋服务。入住几天，和前厅服务员接触不少，都十分热情。特别是工号小婷和小段，面对醉酒后的我耐心细致。希望更多的朋友选择伊犁大酒店！

第一次进疆，首选入住了伊犁大酒店！宾至如归的感觉！早餐很丰盛，服务人员特别贴心，特别是周小丽，将房间打扫的很仔细，外套挂在了衣柜，皮鞋给打了油，加湿器每天都加满了水，非常感谢能在千里之外有家的感觉！
