最差的五星级酒店体验，没有之一，入住的房间在大冬天的温度只有20度，洗澡水不是很热，最可气的是卫生间洗澡下水堵了，一洗澡就水漫一地，打电话让服务员来看了，服务员喊了维修师傅来看了一眼，说等一会就没影了，只能被*无奈洗完了，卫生间拖鞋都能飘起来了。

酒店位置还可以，房间设施不行，太热！根本睡不着！马桶漏水…本来是免费升级到行政楼层，可是结账时按照行政楼层价格结的！也不知道酒店到底怎么管理！总之不建议住锦江

房间wifi实在太差，马桶充水的按钮很重，水箱还会摇晃，房间好几个插口都坏的。不过床品很舒服，服务不错。另外离店当天居然不能开发票说是去报税了，这个五星级酒店也是第一次遇到。
