豪华大床房毫无豪华而言。房间体味太重，无法入睡，酒店告知没办法处理。空调坏的说是楼层控制，房间控制不了。洗脸池不下水。对于500多的价格来说。乌鲁木齐最差的酒店之一。垃圾中的战斗机。

这家全季酒店是我至今入住全季酒店中最差的一家了。去年青海旅游入住全季酒店西宁店，这次还入住了全季酒店吐鲁番店，没有比较就没有伤害。这种全国统一连锁店还真有区别。房间小不说，一进房间就闻到一股孜然味，打电话给前台反应，说是楼下餐厅的味道，可这是20楼啊，请问餐厅在几楼？而且我去隔壁房间问了，一样有味道，反应以后说给我换房，结果没有同等标间了，只有大床，只能不了了之。真对不起这房价！
