值得称赞的是酒店前台，客房大姐，餐厅工作人员都很热情友好!内部环境还好，大多数人都应该能接受!不足的是房间偏凉，灯光效果偏差，房间里还是有点味道，应及时改进处理!酒店餐饮应该提高质量!没有可选性，尤其早餐，作为酒店餐饮应先满足住店客人，其次才能发展对外!生意靠口碑靠质量靠服务!作为同行业祝你们生意兴隆!

停车场充足，不过要收费，新疆十多天旅游只此一家收费，不晓得是不是乌鲁木齐规矩。洗澡水很大，是很大，，早餐一般般，酒店位置离新疆博物馆2公里左右，在乌鲁木齐西北方向，头次去导航找了好久才发现

酒店环境不好，房间里最基本的矿泉水都没有，而且入住结束不给开发票，要下个月开，明天不给我开发票12366举报。前台服务特别不好，不耐烦的样子，开不了发票还理直气壮。

房间很干净 床品也很新 酒店是今年新开业的吧 标间的床很大很舒服 比一般酒店的标间床要大 相当于1.5米的吧 前台办理入住还可以 退房速度很快 开发票也很快 很满意
。
