非常满意的一次入住。由于到店时已过了保留房间的时间，预定的标间已满房，前台二话不说马上给免费升级到行政房。前台的工作人员态度和蔼可亲，有问必答。大堂经理也很友好。早餐很丰富，房间寛敞，干净明亮。总之很满意的一次入住，物有所值。下次有机会来乌鲁木齐一定还会选择这家。

丝绸之路最后一站，住了价格最贵的，但是体验最差的，网上看是乌鲁木齐老牌5星，一住真是大开眼界。
1、前台慢如龟跑，这么大个5星酒店，不管客人有多少，前台就2人，服务之差，效率之低，难以想象。
2、一进房厕所有异味，下水管道的味道，叫主管来看，主管说感冒鼻子不好，闻不出！态度恶劣！最后强烈要求换房，才勉强给换。最后听到还要跟领导有个交代，什么意思？只想在领导面前表现，这服务怎么能会好，永远都不会进步
