从一进酒店就不太让人舒服，首先接待的前台个人卫生都搞不好可想而知酒店整体的卫生情况，前台接待态度简直不可恭维，爱答不理的皱着眉头。接待我们的前台一上来就告诉我们在前台的价格要比在艺龙网上的价格低，叫我们下次直接在前台支付就可以了，开什么玩笑，作为艺龙的忠实粉而且我已经在网上支付了，你这样跟我讲是不是不太合适。再说房间，隔音很差，卫生还好，比较人性化的是灯光控制和电视电源都在床头，伸手便可控制，就是房间挺小的，基本进去就是床了。再说退房的事情，前台给客房报了退房，大姐回应没有房卡查房稍等一下，前台便不耐烦的说没有房卡你给我讲有什么用，可笑不可笑。作为客人，听到酒店同事之间这样的对话，心里难免对酒店形象大打折扣。最后房间里床单上有污染，我们已经将床单清洗干净，却还要收清洗费。罢了，罢了，对于这样一个管理系统的酒店，不想再争执什么。总之不会再去第二次了。

宾馆真烂，开发票房间里消费不给开，还振振有词说是规定不能开。碰到个这么奇葩的宾馆。这种烂宾馆少住为妙。

不建议住，特别矫情。用毛巾擦了一下吃水果的手，染上一点橙子的颜色，服务员就说污染了，洗不掉了。让赔20元。我们的毛巾只能洗脸用。我就从来没见过这么垃圾的宾馆。以后再也不回来住了。
