暖气也好 设施也好 唯独你们家这么一个大酒店WiFi让人用到想死 没有网络寸步难行啊 特别是来旅游的人 想查个什么东西哪哪连不上 气死个人 只推荐不用手机的小伙伴入住 但是这年头谁不用手机啊

已经来过很多次了，但是这次有些问题，房间wifi基本用不了，得找到楼道门口可以用的，这两天雨夹雪，房间空调打开到30度，也没用，之前找过总台，派人来了，也没有解决，说就是这样的，希望能改进一下！

前台服务不是很好，晚上水不热，不过后来发现好像新疆都这样😂下水超慢，空调没热风，但被子很薄，位置本身还可以，但学院进去有点远

以前网络很好，今年来了一次Wi-Fi改成全楼共用一个，信号极差，我只能坐在房间门口才能收到，有点不爽，厕所卫生有点不好，别的还行
