多次入住了，这次发现问题不小，早餐正常是十点半结束，九点五十去的时候很多菜没有了，甚至咸菜都没了，也不加，十点服务人员就开始撤东西了，十点十分整个早餐厅啥都没有了，你早餐品种不多我也认了，还不让我吃饱，餐饮部真是太差劲了

来乌鲁木齐一直都住这家酒店，不管是自己住还是帮朋友订，都挺好，虽然一进大厅让人感觉有些压抑，感觉不太像五星级酒店，也可能是因为老酒店了！但是工作人员服务很好，前台办完入住介绍早餐时间，地点，无线密码。还帮我们把行李送到房间，很有礼貌！值得赞一个！

跟朋友一起住，一进来经理很热情，前台服务很好还给免费升级了房间，看设施应该是有点年头的酒店了，但是感觉很亲切，打来电话让我多穿衣服防止感冒，很满意 ????
