新装修的酒店。因为离家近，在艺龙上预定给家人住的。服务态度着实是差劲。首先，和艺龙的对接上有很大问题。延时。且信息不对称。其次，固守规则完全不变通。新疆要求入住完全实名制能理解。但是我定的是四间一起的。因为一个人没有身份证大半夜零下十几度把客人拒之门外，未免就超越了实名制本身施行的意义了吧。最后，我在电话咨询协调的时候，服务员居然说都忙着。让我回头打。。。我要求她忙完回电。我留下电话号码都被她无情的拒绝。我着实也是醉了。排队的客户是客户。电话中的客户就不是客户了么。服务行业做成这样子也是罕见。。。
